• We analyze the potential for a new program or the expansion of income from an existing program.

• We create the program concept, design and produce the mailing program.

• We provide mailing lists and computer software as needed.

• We install administrative procedures for the receipt and recording of gifts along with the preparation of Thank You letters.

• We submit reports for management and evaluation purposes.

• We monitor the program and submit recommendations to keep our approach in step with the interests and preferences of the contributors.
